The job
Scaffolding job management
One job, in the order it actually happens. Quoted, sent to a phone, put up, inspected, invoiced, and then brought down when the customer has finished with it.
From the phone call to the money in
- Quote it. The measure goes in, your rates price it, and the kit list is worked out beside the price.
- Send the work out. The job lands on someone's phone with the address, the RAMS and what to load.
- They put it up. They sign in, sign the RAMS, photograph the scaff tag and tick erected. You confirm it is on hire.
- The hire and the inspections. Agreed weeks, a flag the week before they run out, and each inspection flagged when it is due.
- Invoice it. You invoice the quote under your own name. The app does not send the invoice for you.
- It comes down. Off hire stops the hire. The strike goes on someone's day, they tick it down, and the kit comes back onto the stock take.

Start with Big YardWhat it will not do
- Not a scaffold design, and not a survey. The kit list is a take-off from the measure you type, and the quote says so.
- It does not write your RAMS. You write the method and the controls, and you sign it.
- No payment claims and no QS valuations. You do the work and you invoice it.

Questions
- Does ticking it up on site put it on hire?
- No. The tick from site is the evidence. The yard confirms the scaffold is on hire. Nothing that costs money moves on the tick alone.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The 30 free days start when you open the yard, with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe.
