Your invoices go to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage on every plan.
Open a yard and use ScaffYard for 30 days with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe. Any free days you still have are kept, so subscribing on day three does not throw the rest of the month away.
Monthly, and it renews until you cancel. You don't count towards your team size. Small Yard covers up to 10 people on your team. Add one more and you are asked about Yard, which covers up to 25.
For the free days the whole of ScaffYard is open, including job profit, so you can see what the larger plan does. The plan you pay for is the one you choose.

- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The 30 free days start when you open the yard, with no card. A card is taken when you subscribe.
- Do I count as one of the team?
- No. You don't count towards your team size.
- Who counts towards the limit?
- Everyone on your team who has not left, whatever they do. Nothing is refused for headcount. When you add someone past your plan's limit, ScaffYard asks whether to move up, and you decide.
- What does Big Yard add?
